Terms of Service

Audi-Lyze is an AI-powered content intelligence service for video creators. You submit a public YouTube video URL, and Audi-Lyze collects that video's public metadata and available public comments through the YouTube Data API, then uses artificial intelligence to produce a report: an audience summary, ranked content opportunities and suggested next-video ideas.

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Audi-Lyze ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting a video for analysis or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your country, and you must provide a valid email address when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password or let others use your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@audi-lyze.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your saved analyses, opportunities and ideas.

You choose which videos you ask us to analyze, and you are responsible for the URLs and other content you submit and for what you do with the results. In particular, you agree to:

• Submit only public YouTube videos you are permitted to analyze.
• Comply with all laws that apply to you and to your channel, including rules on copyright, disclosure, advertising and data protection.
• Follow YouTube's Terms of Service and API terms. Audi-Lyze reads only publicly available data through the official YouTube Data API; it does not bypass YouTube's restrictions, and it is not a tool for downloading videos or collecting private data.
• Not use the service to harass, defame, discriminate against, or harm anyone, or to generate content that is unlawful, misleading or deceptive.

Reports, themes, scores, opportunities and ideas are produced automatically by a language model reading public comments and video data. They are informational only. They are not professional, financial, legal or business advice, and they may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect or unhelpful.

• Confidence scores and rankings are the model's estimates, not guarantees. A high score does not mean a video will perform well.
• Comment samples reflect only the people who chose to comment. They do not represent your whole audience, and silent viewers are never measured.
• Every report states the real source of its data and how many comments were analyzed. If a report is labelled a sample, it is a demonstration and not your analysis.
• You remain fully responsible for how you use generated insights and ideas, including any content you publish as a result of them.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, sublicense or expose the service or its reports to another party as your own product.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scan for vulnerabilities in, or disrupt the service, or bypass its usage limits, security or rate controls.
• Create or use multiple accounts to evade plan limits after a subscription has ended or been cancelled.
• Upload malicious code, or use the service to store, transmit or generate unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Audi-Lyze offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan, billed in US dollars through Paddle, our payment provider (merchant of record). Current prices are shown on our pricing page.

• Free includes 2 completed analyses per calendar month. Pro includes 20 analyses per subscription billing month. Both plans analyse up to 10,000 comments per analysis.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period — monthly or yearly — until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us and Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@audi-lyze.com from the address on your account. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are handled case by case. Where a law or consumer protection rule gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, that right applies and these terms do not limit it.
• If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend Pro access until payment is resolved. Prices may change; we will tell you before a price change affects your renewal.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always able to reach YouTube or the AI models it depends on. Analysis can fail when YouTube is rate-limited or unavailable, when comments are disabled, or when a video is private or removed. When a real analysis fails before any YouTube data is retrieved, we do not count it against your monthly allowance.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is material, we will point you to the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

• You keep the rights you already hold in your channel, your videos and your own content.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to read, export and act on the reports generated for your account while your account is active.
• The Audi-Lyze name, logo, interface and underlying software remain ours or our suppliers', and nothing in these terms transfers them to you.
• Public comments we analyze belong to the people who wrote them. Reports summarise them; they do not transfer ownership of anything.

We may warn, suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, threatens our systems or other users, or has unpaid charges. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you what went wrong and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service and its output are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that using Audi-Lyze will grow your channel or that any idea will succeed.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event you are complaining about. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost sponsorship or lost audience. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
